Immerse yourself in the joys of watercolor pouring and learn to create watercolor paintings by actually pouring and squirting paint!
We'll use the primary colors, allowing them to mingle on the paper, creating gorgeous color blends. We'll control this juicy delicious color feast using masking fluid to delineate the whites, lights, and shapes. Mask, pour, dry, repeat! After 3 to 10 pours, we will remove the mask for the great reveal! Add any desired details with a paintbrush to finish your stunning watercolor painting.
All supplies plus traceable reference photos are provided. We will be painting on pre-stretched 11"x15" Fabriano Artistico paper. There is a $10 supply fee included in the cost of the class.
Renee Wrenwood is an award-winning McKinney watercolorist. She teaches beginning and experimental watercolor classes in McKinney.

The class will be held in the youth activity room at the North Highlands Bible Church, in Dallas, from 9 am to 4 pm. Please note that this is a new location!
Participants can bring their lunch, order food delivery, or take a short lunch break at nearby restaurants. The room has a kitchen with a microwave and refrigerator available for our use. Close parking is available on the east side of the church.
Registration is open to SWS members or nonmembers at a cost of $110 or $125 respectively, which includes a $10 supply fee. Remember to log in prior to registering in order to receive the member price.
